Problem

Designing a new app from scratch, NatCat Interactive Demo faces the challenge of ensuring users can easily navigate and interpret a vast array of high-resolution images and data on natural disasters without feeling overwhelmed.

Approach

To create an intuitive user experience, implement an interactive map as the main navigation tool, coupled with smart filtering options for event type, date, and location. Thumbnail previews with hover information and a customizable dashboard for frequently accessed data will further streamline navigation.
